At Nailing Basics, we aim to process and ship all orders promptly to ensure timely delivery to our customers. Please read the details below for shipping costs, delivery times, and important shipping information.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification once your order has shipped. Please note that processing times may be longer during sales or busy periods.
Note: Please note that for all products, we will need a few days to carefully create and perfect your design. Each set is handmade with attention to detail to ensure you receive a high-quality product.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country, the size of the order, and the weight of the package. We provide free shipping for all orders within Austria. For international orders within Europe, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

3. International Shipping
We currently ship to countries within Europe. For orders outside of Austria, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. Unfortunately, we do not control these charges, and they vary depending on the country of destination.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, if a tracking number is provided by the carrier, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your order’s progress. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
5. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of order. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at nailingbasics@gmail.com.
6. Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet delivery estimates, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or other unforeseen factors. In the event of a significant delay, we will contact you via email.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at nailingbasics@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the package, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
