1. How do I know my nail size?

We offer a Sizing Kit that helps you find the perfect fit for each nail. You can also measure your nails at home using our guide – all you need is a measuring tape or a ruler. Check our sizing chart on the website or Instagram for reference. If you're in between sizes, feel free to enter your custom sizes, in mm, at checkout!

2. How long do press-on nails last?

With proper application, our press-on nails can last anywhere from 1-2 weeks. For temporary wear, use the adhesive strips included in your kit; for a longer-lasting hold, we recommend using nail glue.

3. Can I reuse my press-on nails?

Yes! Our press-on nails are designed to be reusable. Simply remove them carefully, clean off any adhesive, and store them safely to use again whenever you like.

4. How do I apply press-on nails?

Each order includes an application kit with everything you need: nail glue, adhesive strips, a cuticle pusher, alcohol wipe, and a mini file. Follow our easy application instructions, which you’ll also find on our website, Instagram and in your package.

5. How do I remove my press-on nails?

Soak your nails in warm, soapy water mixed with oil of your choice, for about 10-15 minutes to loosen the adhesive. Gently lift each nail from the side. Avoid forcefully pulling them off to keep both your natural nails and press-ons in great shape.

6. What if my nails don’t fit perfectly?

We recommend using our Sizing Kit to find the best fit. However, if your nails arrive and don’t fit as expected, reach out to us! We want you to love your set and are here to help.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we are based in Austria and ship throughout Europe. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location. Check our Shipping Policy for more details.

8. Can I customize my order?

Yes! We offer custom designs. You can contact us via Instagram or email to discuss your preferences, shapes, lengths, and colors. For custom orders, be sure to enter your measurements at checkout to ensure a perfect fit.

9. How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days, and delivery time depends on your location. Custom orders may take a bit longer to create, so please allow extra time for those. Once the order is shipped you will be notified per email. 

10. What’s included in each order?

Each order includes your custom press-on nails, an application kit (nail glue, adhesive strips, cuticle pusher, alcohol wipe, and mini file), and instructions for application and aftercare.
